The entire home is yours: all three bedrooms, four bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining, laundry, back porch, patio, driveway, and the beach-gear closet. No shared interior spaces. The pool, fire pit, and putting green are shared with the Summer Salt community. Driveway parking for three vehicles. Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM. Entry is contactless with a personal keypad code sent before you arrive. Early check-in is sometimes available when cleaning allows. Just ask.

Primary guest must be 21 or older and stay at the home for the reservation. Maximum 10 guests, including children. Registered guests only. No parties or events. Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking or vaping indoors or on the covered porch. Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs, added to the reservation before booking. Pet fee $50 per dog. Keep dogs leashed in community areas, clean up after them, and do not leave them outside unattended. Unauthorized pets $150 each plus damages. Follow posted Summer Salt community and pool rules. Only toilet paper may be flushed. Please start the dishwasher and leave used towels in the bathroom before you go. Our team handles the rest. Alabama beaches do not allow dogs on the sand, so plan around that if you are bringing yours. The open lot next to the house is a good stretch-out spot. This is a multi-level home with interior stairs, and there is a pond behind the property. Please keep an eye on kids and pets outside. The home runs on a grinder pump.
